Concerning the male sterility test, the application of Epibloc at 1% concentration administered to the rats by signle oral dose via stomach resulted in sterility on male rats of all groups.สาระสังเขป: On laboratory test, six rat spacies were divided into three groups: I : Bandicota indica; II : Rattus norvegicus and R. exulans; and III : Rattus losea, R. argentiventer and R. rattus. The obtained results can be summarized as follow:สาระสังเขป: The present research is designed to determine the effectiveness of Epibloc or Alpha Chlorohydrin (3 Chloro- 1, 2 propanediol) on the acute toxicity and male sterility to six rat species which are widespread pests causing considerable damages both in the agricultural and urban areas.
