The report of the feasibility study was prepared separately by the Economic Studies Group. - Author.สาระสังเขป: Protein chip of 5 kg flour per batch was scaled up in order to investigate processing technique, consumer acceptability, and cost of production. The formula used is based on that developed by ASRCT's Food Technology Laboratory.สาระสังเขป: Soy protein of about 60% protein was used as a source of nutritious ingredient. Dried and fried protein chip contained approximately 14 and 11% protein, respectively; 50 g fried protein chip was packed in 300 gauge low density polyethylene pouch and sold for 3.5 baht per packet.
