The formula used is based on that developed by ASRCT's Food Technology Laboratory.สาระสังเขป: Soy protein of about 60% protein was used as a source of nutritious ingredient. Dried and fried protein chip contained approximately 14 and 11% protein, respectively; 50 g fried protein chip was packed in 300 gauge low density polyethylene pouch and sold for 3.5 baht per packet.
