การพัฒนาศักยภาพและมาตรฐานของสถานที่ผลิตเครื่องสำอางค์ในการปฏิบัติตามแนวทางวิธีการที่ดีในการผลิตเครื่องสำอางค์ของอาเซียนหัวเรื่อง: เครื่องสำอางค์ | Cosmetic | GMPสาระสังเขป: The Thai FDA has announced the implementation of ASEAN Guidelines for Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice (ASEAN Cosmetic GMP) and Thai cosmetic manufacturers need to ensure compliance with the ASEAN Cosmetic GMP for increasing their market share in ASEAN countries. According to the requirements for cosmetic products of ASEAN Cosmetic GMP, all cosmetic products put on the ASEAN market need to meet acceptable levels of safety and quality and the standard under the agreement among ASEAN members. The purpose of this study is to enhance the potential of the cosmetic manufacturer in accordance with the ASEAN Cosmetic GMP.
In addition, it aims to develop the potential of One Tambon One Product (OTOP) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) entrepreneurs. The results showed that entrepreneurs who gained knowledge and skill in accordance with the ASEAN Cosmetic GMP could enhance the potential of cosmetic manufacturers and upgrade the quality of their cosmetic products. In addition, utilizing marketing knowledge and development of packaging design could help support the commercialization of the products.สาระสังเขป: ปัจจุบันสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหาร และยา (อย.) ได้ออกประกาศ เรื่อง การปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์วิธีการที่ดีในการผลิตเครื่องสำอางของอาเซียนประกาศสำหรับผู้ผลิตเครื่องสำอางไทยที่ต้องการขยายตลาดสู่ตลาดอาเซียน ต้องเข้าสู่มาตรฐาน ASEAN Cosmetic GMP ซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินการภายใต้ข้อตกลงว่าด้วยความร่วมมือระหว่างอาเซียน ที่กำหนดใช้หลักเกณฑ์วิธีการผลิตที่ดีสำหรับเครื่องสำอางให้เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน เพื่อได้เครื่องสำอางที่มีคุณภาพ และความปลอดภัยเป็นที่ยอมรับในสมาคมอาเซียน ดังนั้น งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพ และมาตรฐานสถานที่ผลิตเครื่องสำอางให้เป็นไปตามแนวทางวิธีการที่ดีในการผลิตเครื่องสำอางของอาเซียน และพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการผลิตเครื่องสำอางโอทอป และวิสาหกิจขนาดกลาง และขนาดย่อม ไทยให้มีมาตรฐาน ผลจากการดำเนินโครงการผู้ประกอบการกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ได้รับความรู้ด้านการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางตามแนวทางการผลิตที่ดีของอาเซียน ส่งผลให้เพิ่มศักยภาพ และมาตรฐานของสถานประกอบการ นอกจากนี้ยังได้รับการพัฒนาความสามารถในการประกอบธุรกิจ ทั้งทางด้านยกระดับมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์เชิงพานิชย์ได้.
