In this project, Indian gooseberry and mango were the target plant. The results were presented as following below : Indian gooseberry : the result of the training found that 98% of the famers were satisfied in the overall of the training with excellent and good level. After the preharvest technology was applied, the inflorescence of indian gooseberries increased 40-50% compared to the normal. Mango : the result of the training found that 94% of the famers were satisfied in the overall of the training in excellent and good level. After the preharvest technology was applied, the inflorescence of mango increased 50-60% compared to the normal. สาระสังเขป: โครงการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการผลิตผลไม้นอกฤดูและการแปรรูปผลิตภัณฑ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีก่อนการเก็บเกี่ยว เทคโนโลยีหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว เทคโนโลยีการ แปรรูปและเทคโนโลยีบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยมีพืชเป้าหมาย 2 ชนิด คือ มะขามป้อมและมะม่วง ได้ผลดังนี้ มะขามป้อม : จากผลการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี พบว่า เกษตรกรมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมของ การฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และดี รวมกันเท่ากับ ร้อยละ 98 และเกษตรกรที่นำเอาเทคโนโลยีก่อน การเก็บเกี่ยวไปปรับใช้ สามารถเพิ่มปริมาณการออกดอกของมะขามป้อมได้ร้อยละ 40-50 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับวิธีการแบบเดิม. มะม่วง : จากผลการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี พบว่า เกษตรกรมีความพึงพอใจในภาพรวมของการ ฝึกอบรมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และดี รวมกันเท่ากับร้อยละ 94 และเกษตรกรที่นำเอาเทคโนโลยีก่อนการ เก็บเกี่ยวไปปรับใช้ สามารถเพิ่มปริมาณการออกดอกของมะม่วงได้ร้อยละ 50-60 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับ วิธีการแบบเดิม.
