This study included the development of interlocking blocks, how to select an appropriate manufacturing layout, how to comply with the industrial laws and how to establish an interlocking blocks manufacturer so as to optimize the quality and to assure both investors' and consumers' confidence to reply on TISTR Interlocking-Block technology for the construction of residence buildings, water storage and other utilization. Currently, there is a total of 665 interlocking block manufactures nationwide, generality 1,585.52 million THB worth of revenue and providing employment for 13,552 people annually.สาระสังเขป: โครงการพัฒนาการผลิตบล็อกประสาน วว. ระดับ SMEs ทำการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อปรับกระบวนการผลิตบล็อกประสานที่ยังมีข้อบกพร่องในด้านต่างๆ พัฒนาเครื่องอัดบล็อกประสาน, การวางผังโรงงานที่เหมาะสม, ข้อกฎหมายในการจัดตั้งโรงงานผลิตบล็อกประสาน และสร้างโรงงาน ต้นแบบผลิตบล็อกประสาน เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ เพิ่มความเชื่อมั่นแก่ผู้บริโภคที่นำบล็อกประสานไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการก่อสร้างที่อยู่อาศัย บ้านพัก อาคารสำนักงาน รีสอร์ต จัดสวน สร้างถังเก็บน้ำ ฯลฯ. ปัจจุบันมีโรงงานผลิตบล็อกประสานทั่วประเทศจำนวน 665 โรงงาน ก่อให้เกิดมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจจากการทำธุรกิจผลิตบล็อกประสานเป็นจำนวนเงินประมาณ 1,585.52 ล้านบาท/ปี เกิดการกระจายรายได้ในการผลิตบล็อกประสานตามภาคต่างๆ และมีการจ้างงานในชุมชนต่างๆ รวม ประมาณ 13,552 คน ในแต่ละปี.
