The objective was to use steam as a medium instead oxygen from the air. The oxygen from the air reacted with biomass fuel in biomass gasification process which lead to a raise in the temperature of firing process. This process also has an application in the production of synthetic diesel fuel as well as the synthesis of metg=hanol and dimethyl ether. Properties of the catalysts for the reaction in the partially steam hydro-gasification will be tested with the steam reforming of carbon dioxide and methane at the temperature of steam about 100 oC. It was found that the steam could be converted into hydrogen gas with the catalyst to increase the percentage of hydrogen.
