Most of users purchased through the companies that have ordered the restorative denture products from oversea. They also have concerned the products quality, price and reliable products. The majority of users had expectation in the utilization of the product as long period firstly.The budget for purchasing the products was more than 30,000 Thai Baht and purchased between 1 and 3 times a year.If Thailand can produce restorative denture products, the user were appreciated to buy but not interested to invest producing process in such products because of many oversea producers. In case of decubitus ulcer gel products users, the results showed that patients have tried these products (88%) and have tried decubitus ulcer gel products as pillow shape (20%).Most of purchasers have bought the products from the companies which located in Thailand. They have paid more attention in the quality mostly (17.00%) and have ordered about 4-6 time a year (62.00%), as well, they have budget to buy such products around 5,000 – 10,000Thai Baht (52.00%). Users have satisfied towards the products very much (86.00%) and agree with the appropriated price of the products very much (67.00).Big portion of them have high decided bought the products because of the cleanness and safety (81.00%) and also the appropriated price of the products (92.00%). For marketing channels, the customers have selected the shop that is convenient place mostly (71.00%) and also the suitable services of sellers (79.00%). The suggested from this study are to the products should have international quality assurance system also this should study more about the safety or toxicity trail andpreclinical trail of the products. Moreover, it should have comparing between Thai products and imported products. Not only do this but also scale up process or GMP production prototype / patent search should be provided in further study.สาระสังเขป: ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้พบว่าผู้ใช้วัสดุในการบูรณะฟันส่วนใหญ่เลือกใช้และมีความพึงพอใจต่อวัสดุบูรณะฟัน : Restall Resin มากเป็นอันดับแรก ส่วนใหญ่เลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ผ่านบริษัทนำเข้า โดยคำนึงถึงคุณภาพของวัสดุทางทันตกรรมมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ ราคา และความน่าเชื่อถือของวัสดุผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีความคาดหวังในเรื่องระยะเวลาในการใช้ได้นานมากเป็นอันดับแรก มีความถี่ในการสั่งซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ 1-3 ครั้งต่อปี และงบประมาณในการสั่งซื้อมีมากกว่า 30,000 บาท และหากประเทศไทยสามารถผลิตวัสดุทางทันตกรรมได้เอง ผู้ใช้ส่วนใหญ่ยินดีจะซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ แต่ผู้ใช้ยังไม่สนใจที่จะลงทุนในการผลิตวัสดุทางทันตกรรม เนื่องจากต้นทุนสูงและคู่แข่งจากต่างชาติมีมาก. สำหรับกลุ่มผู้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นเจลป้องกันแผลกดทับ พบว่า เคยใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นเจลป้องกันแผลกดทับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 88.00 พบว่า ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นเจลป้องกันแผลกดทับประเภทหมอนเจลมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 20.00, ส่วนใหญ่มีลักษณะการซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นเจลป้องกันแผลกดทับ โดยซื้อจากผู้ผลิตภายในประเทศ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.00, โดยให้ความสำคัญในการเลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์จากคุณภาพมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.00, มีการจัดสั่งซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นเจลป้องกันแผล กดทับ 4-6 ครั้งต่อปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.00, มีงบประมาณในการสั่งซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นเจลป้องกันแผลกดทับต่อครั้งอยู่ระหว่าง 5,000–10,000 บาท คิดเป็นร้อยละ 52.00, มีความพึงพอใจต่อผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นเจลป้องกันแผลกดทับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.00 มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับราคาของผลิตภัณฑ์แผ่นเจลป้องกันแผลกดทับ พบว่า ราคาเหมาะสมกับผลิตภัณฑ์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 67.00, ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่มีการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยเลือกจากความสะอาด และปลอดภัยในการ บริโภค ในระดับมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 81.00 (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.79), ในด้านราคามีการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยเลือกจากราคาเหมาะสมกับคุณภาพ ในระดับมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.00 (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.92), ด้านช่องทางการจำหน่าย โดยเลือกจากสถานที่จำหน่ายสินค้าเดินทางได้สะดวก ในระดับมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 71.00 (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.63), ในด้านการส่งเสริมการตลาด มีการตัดสินใจซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยเลือกจากการให้บริการของพนักงานขายเหมาะสม ในระดับมากที่สุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 79.00 (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.76), ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรมีระบบประกันคุณภาพที่มีการยอมรับได้ของอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวในระดับสากลควรมีการศึกษาประสิทธิภาพต่างๆ ได้แก่ Safety/Toxicity Trail หรือ Preclinical Trail, มีการเปรียบเทียบกับสินค้านำเข้าต่างประเทศ และความสามารถในการผลิตขั้นอุตสาหกรรม (scale Up Process) หรือการผลิตระดับ GMP Production Prototype, ควรมีการทำ Patent Search เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้เทคโนโลยีจากข้อมูลสิทธิบัตรอย่างถูกต้อง, มีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนมี ข้อมูลของการจัดการสิทธิบัตรร่วมหรือการขออนุญาตนำผลงานที่ได้รับการจดสิทธิบัตรมาทำการศึกษาและวิจัยต่อไปในอนาคต.
