S.Y. Hu and Boraphet or moonseed (Tinospora crispa (L.) Mier ex Hool. F. & Thoms. were performed. The application of chemical fertilizer grade 15-15-15 as 0, 25, 50, 100 and 200 kg/rai in three-leaved eleutherococcus showed non significant difference in yield. However, the yield after 30 days fertilization of 100 kg/rai had tend to increase. The study of monthly yield showned the highest yield in June (670.00 kg/plant/month) and the lowest in August (95.67 kg./plant/month). Hard pruning at 50 cm. from ground level tend to have higher yield than pruning at 70 cm. The study on 3 active ingredients in Pak Pam as monocaffeoylquinic acid, dicaffeoyquinic acid and flavonoids showed that active ingredients were fluctuated as monocaffeoylquinic acid ranged 0.25-0.90%, dicaffeoylquinic acid ranged 0.22-2.49% and flovonoids ranged 0.10-1.36%. However, the young leaves had the 3 active ingredients higher than the old ones. Boraphet, a woody climber had the habit of climbing which depended upon plant's host or trellis.Review: ศึกษาการเขตกรรมพืชสมุนไพร สำหรับเป็นวัตถุดิบเพื่อผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพรประเภทปรับสมดุลร่างกาย จำนวน 2 ชนิด คือ ผักแปมและบอระเพ็ด พบว่า ผลของการใส่ปุ๋ยเคมีสูตร 15-15-15 จำนวน 5 อัตรา คือ 0, 25, 50, 100 และ 200 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตผักแปม พบว่า ผลผลิตที่ได้ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันทางสถิติ แต่ที่ 30 วัน หลังการใส่ปุ๋ยอัตรา 100 กิโลกรัม/ไร่ มีแนวโน้มให้ผลผลิตสูงขึ้น และการศึกษาผลผลิตแต่ละเดือนในรอบปี พบว่า ต้นผักแปมให้ผลผลิตสูงสุดเดือนมิถุนายน (670.00 กิโลกรัม/ต้น/เดือน) และให้ผลผลิตต่ำสุดในเดือนสิงหาคม (95.67 กิโลกรัม/ต้น/เดือน) และการตัดแต่งเริ่มต้นที่ระดับความสูง 50 เซนติเมตร มีแนวโน้มให้ผลผลิตสูงกว่าที่ 70 เซนติเมตร. การวิเคราะห์สารสำคัญในตัวอย่างใบผักแปม 3 ชนิด คือ Monocaffeoylquinic acid, Dicaffeoylquinic acid และ Flavonoids พบว่า ในแต่ละรอบเดือนการเก็บเกี่ยวมีผลทำให้สารแต่ละชนิด มีปริมาณแตกต่างกัน คือ สาร Monocaffeoylquinic acid อยู่ในช่วง 0.25-0.90 เปอร์เซ็นต์, สาร Dicaffeoylquinic acid 0.22-2.49 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และสาร Flavonoids 0.10-1.36 เปอร์เซ็นต์ โดยสารสำคัญในใบอ่อนมีปริมาณสูงกว่าใบแก่. ลักษณะนิสัยการเจริญเติบโตของต้นบอระเพ็ดทั้งที่เจริญอยู่ในธรรมชาติและที่นำมาปลูกในแปลง พบว่า การเลื้อยพันของต้นขึ้นอยู่กับชนิดของไม้เกาะอาศัย และรูปแบบของเสาหรือค้างที่สร้างขึ้น.
