Meat was replaced by textured vegetable protein made from soybean. Dehydrated coriander leaves and dehydrated young ginger were prepared. All the prepared ingredients were dry-mixed together and packed in moisture-proof packaging which is made from multilayer of polyethylene, aluminium foil, and paper or cellophane. The product had a promising result in protein content, acceptable taste, no beany flavour and quick-cooking method.
