This study has shown that using biomass as energy has to be done because they give value and also creating the energy stability for the country. Therefore government, private sector and agriculture must realize to define the target and the way of development including suggest each other for achieve the objective of using biomass energy. - Authors.สาระสังเขป: รายงานวิจัยฉบับนี้ได้กำหนดขอบเขตการศึกษาชีวมวลเฉพาะในส่วนของปาล์มน้ำมัน, อ้อย, มันสำปะหลัง, ขยะมูลฝอย, มูลสัตว์, และน้ำเสีย โดยเปรียบเทียบแนวทางการใช้ประโยชน์จากชีวมวลดังกล่าวทั้งในด้านการวิเคราะห์มูลค่าเพิ่มและผลที่ได้รับในระดับมหภาค. ผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า การนำชีวมวลไปใช้ประโยชน์ด้านพลังงานเป็นสิ่งที่ควรดำเนินการ เนื่องจากให้ความคุ้มค่าและยังเป็นการสร้างความมั่นคงด้านพลังงานให้กับประเทศ. ดังนั้น ทุกฝ่ายไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาครัฐ, ภาคเอกชน และเกษตรกร จึงต้องตระหนักถึงความสำคัญ โดยมีการกำหนดเป้าหมายและแนวทางการพัฒนา รวมทั้งสนับสนุนส่งเสริมซึ่งกันและกัน เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์การใช้ชีวมวลเป็นพลังงาน. - ผู้แต่ง.
