The same method as that described in report no.1 (Production of a stabilized coconut milk in plastic bags) on Classified Investigation no.7 (A stabilized coconut milk) was applied with a few modifications to accommodate the use of cans. To minimize contamination and increase shelf life cans and covers were hested with live steam before filling. Also after filling and sealing the canned product was given a final treatment with live steam.สาระสังเขป: The composition of the canned, stabilized coconut milk was also chocked.
