Effect of Heat-Acid Treatment on Quality of Lychee Fruit. - Authors.สาระสังเขป: The objectives of the projects are to incorporate appropriate postharvest technology into applicable quality assurance systems developed in the project, and transfer and promote the management know-how to the intended users.สาระสังเขป: The project "Quality Assurance System of Longan, Lychee and Durian for Export" is a project supported by the Thai Research Fund from 1 June 1995 to December 1998 and a project extension period from January 1999 to December 1999, for a total of 48 months. The Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research is the implementing agency. The project was carried out with more than two other cooperating Ministries, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.สาระสังเขป: The project work plans have two key areas: the common-core activities and activities specific to each fruit: longan, durian, and lychee. The common-core activities include the establishment of the information base of the three selected fruits, and generic quality manuals on GMP, HACCP, and TISTR QS 2002 with detail implementing tools, including checksheets, and records/ forms. For activities specific to each fruit the emphasis is to carry out market-oriented adaptive research. The project reports consist of five parts :Review: 1.เพื่อศึกษาการใช้เทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมต่อการพัฒนาคุณภาพผลไม้ 3 ชนิด.Review: 2.เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพที่เหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้.Review: 3.เพื่อถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี และการจัดการระบบประกันคุณภาพผลไม้.Review: 4.เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านการจัดการระบบประกันคุณภาพ.Review: เมื่อโครงการนี้สิ้นสุดลง ผู้ประกอบการส่งออกสามารถนำเอาระบบประกันคุณภาพไปใช้ส่งออกผลไม้ดังกล่าวให้เป็นที่เชื่อถือและยอมรับจากประเทศผู้นำเข้า และเป็นตัวอย่างของการนำเอาระบบประกันคุณภาพมาใช้กับอุตสาหกรรมผลไม้สดชนิดอื่น ๆ ต่อไป.-ผู้แต่ง.Review: โครงการระบบประกันคุณภาพ ลำไย ทุเรียน และลิ้นจี่ เพื่อการส่งออก ได้รับทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัยจากสำนักกองทุนสนับสนุนการวิจัย (สกว.) มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการเริ่มตั้งแต่ 1 มิถุนายน 2538-31 ธันวาคม 2542 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ :Review: ผลสำเร็จของโครงการ คือได้เทคโนโลยีและระบบประกันคุณภาพที่เหมาะสม ได้แก่ GMP และ HACCP สำหรับลำไย และลิ้นจี่ และ TISTR QS 2002 สำหรับทุเรียน และได้ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี รวมทั้งพัฒนาบุคลากรในส่วนของรัฐและเอกชน. นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลเพื่ออุตสาหกรรมการส่งออก ตลอดจนรวบรวม และจัดทำระบบข้อมูลของลำไย ทุเรียน และลิ้นจี่ ที่เป็นผลงานวิจัยในโครงการ และจากผลงานอื่น ๆ รวมทั้งกฎระเบียบต่าง ๆ ในการนำเข้า ทั้งในรูปของ CD-ROM และ Internet.
