Authorsสาระสังเขป: The 70 per cent ethanol Alpinia conchigera extract at the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 20-50 milligrams/millilitre inhibited Staphylococcus aureus and at the concentration of 15-25 milligrams/disc inhibited bacterial growth of 10-15 mm with similar effectiveness comparing with chloramphenicol (30 ug/disc) and ampicillin (10 ug/disc).
