The results indicated that 85 per cent oryzanol could be purified to 100 per cent pure by column chromatography, using petroleum ether: hexane 30:70 as eluting solvent to obtain white powder.สาระสังเขป: Oryzanol was proved to be -isomer, which is biological active form, by spectroscopic techniques (MS, H-NMR), and mixed m.p. with standard -oryzanol.
