The study on environmental management model of organic yanagi mutsutake's house was aimed to characterize the best practice of environmental management of organic yanagi mushrooms house for climate changes adaptation. The objectives of this study, therefore, were (1) to measure and analyze the suitably environmental factors e.g. temperature and relative humidity for organic yanagi mushroom cultivation. (2) to survey and identify fungal contamination and pests in organic yanagi mushroom house. (3) to establish data base of environmental management, fungal contamination and pest control. The studied results showed that mycelium of yanagi mushroom grown well on spawn at temperature between 24 and 30 Celsius. In fruiting body formation stage, the suitably relative humidity ranged from 80 - 85 percent, pH of mushroom spawn was between 6.5 and 7.5, and light intensity ranged from 250 - 800 Lux. The surveying and collecting fungal samples that contaminated on mushroom cultivation process. All fungal samples were identified. Twelve species in 5 genera were found. Most species were soil fungi and the common genera were Aspergillus, Trichoderma and Penicillium. The pests found in mushroom house were Mites, Beetles, Common fruit fly and Flies. The best practices model about environmental management of organic yanagi mushroom house for global warming adaptation, mushroom house construction should be located at low temperature area, air circulate well in order to protect fungal contamination and pests. For fungal contamination and pest control, bio-control and bio-product were recommended instead of pesticides. Organic yanagi mushroom cultivation without cold temperature control is possible and mushroom yield was increased by operated in low temperature season (rainy-winter).
