Therefore, the extraction of RPAS and other substances number 0, 4, 5, and 6 were additionally made for in vivo study on anti-neoplastic in Bom mice. The result obtained was compared closely with that of Mitomycin C, the product of Kyowa Hakko Kogyo Co.,Ltd., Japan. It revealed that P388 injected Bom mice survived only 17-21 days with the treatment of B. amarissima extracts, but over one year with the treatment of Mitomycin C.
