BCG: สารสกัด TRM: สุขภาพ กลุ่มเวชสำอาง Language: Thai ชื่อชุด: โครงการวิจัยที่ ภ.64-10/ย.3/รายงานฉบับที่ 1 (ฉบับสมบูรณ์)ข้อมูลการพิมพ์: Pathumthani : Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, 2565 รายละเอียดตัวเล่ม: 77 p.ชื่อเรื่องอื่นๆ: ข้อมูลสิทธิบัตร | โครงการวิจัยที่ ภ.64-10 การวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางโดยใช้กล้วยหอมทองตกเกรดและวัสดุเหลือทิ้งจากกระบวนการแปรรูปหัวเรื่อง: กล้วยหอมทองสาระสังเขป: ในปัจจุบันกล้วยหอมทองถือเป็นพืชเศรษฐกิจอีกชนิดหนึ่ง ที่นิยมปลูก แต่ยังคงมีบางส่วนที่มีลักษณะ ไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ข้อกำหนด จึงไม่สามารถขายได้ ทำให้ราคาตกต่ำและอาจเหลือทิ้งเป็นขยะมูลฝอย นอกจากนี้ยังมี บางส่วนที่นำมาแปรรูปได้ ทำให้เกิดเปลือกที่เป็นของเหลือทิ้งจากกระบวนการแปรรูป งานวิจัยนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนาวิธีการสกัดสารสำคัญจากผลกล้วยหอมทองตกเกรดและเปลือกกล้วยพร้อมพิสูจน์ฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพ และ พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางบำรุงผิวที่มีสารสกัดจากเปลือกกล้วยหอมทอง จากการศึกษาพบว่า เปลือกกล้วย และเนื้อกล้วยห่ามที่สกัดด้วยเอทิลแอลกอฮอล์และน้ำในอัตราส่วน 2 ต่อ 1ให้ผลผลิต และสารสำคัญคือ ฟินอลิกรวมในปริมาณสูง โดยสารสกัดเปลือกและเนื้อกล้วยที่ได้มีฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพที่มีประโยชน์ต่อผิวพรรณ ได้แก่ต้าน อนุมูลอิสระ ยับยั้งการทำงานของเอนไซม์ไทโรซิเนสกระตุ้นการสร้างคอลลาเจน ต้านการอักเสบที่เกิดจากรังสี อัลตราไวโอเลต ต้านความเสียหายของเซลล์ที่เกิดจากรังสีอัลตราไวโอเลต และต้านการเสื่อมของเซลล์ผิวหนังโดยไม่ เป็นพิษต่อเซลล์ผิวหนัง เมื่อนำมาพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอางรูปแบบซีรั่มบำรุงผิวขาวกระจ่างใส และ ผลิตภัณฑ์ป้องกันแสงแดดที่มีสารสกัดเปลือกและเนื้อกล้วยเป็นองค์ประกอบ ซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมามีความ คงตัวทางกายภาพ มีอายุการเก็บรักษา 1 ปี ไม่มีการปนเปื้อนโลหะหนักและจุลินทรีย์ก่อโรค มีคุณสมบัติตรงตาม ข้อกำหนดของ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา (อย.) นอกจากนี้ผลิตภัณฑ์ซีรั่มที่มีสารสกัดเปลือกและเนื้อ กล้วยเป็นองค์ประกอบที่ผ่านการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพที่ทำให้ผิวขาวและความปลอดภัยในอาสาสมัครจำนวน 33 คน อายุตั้งแต่ 19ถึง 60 ปีทั้งเพศหญิงและชาย ผลการทดสอบพบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ดังกล่าวไม่ก่อให้เกิดการระคาย เคือง ผิวสีผิวจางลง94เปอร์เซ็นต์ของอาสาสมัคร หลังจากใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ 28 วัน สามารถลดเม็ดสี และทำให้ผิวขาว กระจ่างใส ขึ้น 64 เปอร์เซ็นต์ของอาสาสมัคร หลังจากใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ 28 วัน จึงแสดงให้เห็นว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ พัฒนาขึ้นเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีคุณภาพ และความปลอดภัยสูง มีศักยภาพในการแข่งขันในตลาดเครื่องสำอางทั้งใน และต่างประเทศ.สาระสังเขป: n the past decade, "Hom Thong" bananas (Musa sp., AAA group, GrosMichel subgroup, cultivar "Hom Thong") are an industrial drop in Thailand and are grown throughout the country. However, substandard bananas are cheap agricultural products and become a waste product. Moreover, banana peel is one of the wastes left after the processing and manufacturing of banana products, which contribute to the existing environmental problems. The objectives of this study are to develop the extraction process of active ingredients from "Hom Thong" banana fruit and peel and evaluate its biological activities. In addition, cosmetic products containing "Hom Thong" bananas, fruit and peel extract were also developed. The results present that ethanol to water ratio 2:1 was optimized conditions for extracting. The unripe stage of banana fruit and peel extract provided the highest total phenolic compound. The obtained extracts showed biological activities including, antioxidant, tyrosinase inhibition, collagen stimulation, anti -inflammatory, cell damage protection, and cell degeneration protection. Facial serum and sun protection products containing Hom Thong" bananas fruit and peel extract were developed. The developed products showed good physical stability with a shelf life of 1 year. There is no heavy metal and pathogen contamination. The efficacy studies presented that facial serum increased the lightening of skin in 97% of the subjects and decreased in skin pigmentation and lighter skin in 64% of the subjects. These results demonstrated the developed cosmetic products containing "Hom Thong" bananas, fruit and peel extract were safe and high quality indicating the potential for competition in the global market.
