This method is known to produce high (21.87-33.77%) and beta-glucan contents of 6.10-7.74%. By using phenolic, DPPH and ABTS+ methods, the mushroom extract showed antioxidant capacity at 40.53-50.19 mg GAE/g, 38.57-52.38 μg TEAC/ml and 23.57-28.59 μg TEAC/ml, respectively. สาระสังเขป: ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้ศึกษาการสกัดเห็ดตระกูลนางรมด้วยเอทานอลร้อยละ 60 เร่งปฏิกิริยาด้วย กรดไฮโดรคลอริก ร้อยละ 0.10 เวลา 6-9 ชั่วโมง เป็นวิธีที่สามารถสกัดสารพอลิแซ็กคาไรด์ได้ปริมาณสูงที่สุด โดยมีผลผลิตอยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 21.87-33.77 และมีเบต้า-กลูแคนอยู่ในช่วงร้อยละ 6.10-7.74 เมื่อทดสอบความสามารถต้านออกซิเดชันด้วยวิธี Phenolic, DPPH และ ABTS.+ โดยมีค่าอยู่ในช่วงระหว่าง 40.53-50.19 มิลลิกรัม สมมูลของกรดแกลลิก/กรัมของสารสกัด, 38.57-52.38 ไมโครกรัมสมมูลของโทล็อก/มิลลิลิตรของสารสกัด และ 23.57-28.59 ไมโครกรัมสมมูลของโทล็อก/มิลลิลิตรของสารสกัด ตามลำดับ.
