A very high viability of seeds stored for 10 months points to the adaptability of the bin for the storage of seed grains for future planting. Authorsสาระสังเขป: This paper describes the development of a cheap, airtight bin made of ferro-cement to hold about 3.5 tonnes of rice (alternately it may be used for drinking water), the construction being such that requires the minimum of plant and skilled labour.
