The project also helps in transferring production knowledge as well as sharing the infrastructure for increasing the value-added of the products. The main activities of the project involved in construction, machine supply, development of healthcare products, and technology transfer. Firstly, raw material and chemical storage building was designed and constructed. The basic facilities, including air conditioning, laboratory, office furniture, wastewater treatment system, road and landscape around the building were provided and/or constructed. Next, production and test machines that related to manufacture of healthcare products were supplied. Finally, the healthcare products under this project were developed and the production knowledge and its technology were also transferred to the SMEs
