Three experiments were conducted in this study. The first experiment was the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on level of flavonoid in lime peel and lime juice. The second experiment was the effect of urea, NAA, ethephon and leaf removal on flowering fruit quality and yield of mulberry fruit. The third experiment was the effects of 2, 4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid on quality and yield of tomato cv.
