Kummer. are edible mushrooms, common name so-called "Nang Rom Thong and Nang Rom Doi". They are available in the northen region of Thailand i.e. Chiang Mai and Chiang Rrai. The fresh harvesting mushrooms can be prepared in many types of food. Besides the high nutrient, which sufficient to human bodies, collagen booster activity was claimed to be supported of living cell from the damaged ones which will cause the wrinkle. The study of collagen activity by ELISA assay from Pleurotus citrinopileatus Singer and Pleurotus ostreatus (Fr.) Kummer. extracts, showed the increase in collagen production which was similar to the vitamin C positive control. The antiwrinkle products with the active extracts of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Singer. and Pleurotus ostreatus (Fr.) Kummer. were formulated. The quality control of the raw material was performed by HPLC finger prints. The stability test using Heating-Cooling method for 6 cycles revealed good condition of anti-wrinkle serum and anti-wrinkle mask (viscosity, pH). There was no sign of skin irritation and acute toxicity in the products (Pure Smooth Anti-wrinkle Serum and Pure Smooth Anti-wrinkle Mask). All processes had been patented.สาระสังเขป: เห็ดนางรมทอง (Pleurotus citrinopileatus Singer) และเห็ดนางรมดอย (Pleurotus ostreatus (Fr.) Kummer.) เป็นเห็ดสําหรับรับประทาน, พบในพื้ นท ี่ แถบจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และ เชียงราย, เติบโตได้ที่อุณหภูมิประมาณ 20 o ซ. จากการศึกษาโดยวิธี ELISA พบว่า สารสกัดเห็ดทั้ง 2 ชนิด มีประสิทธิภาพในการสร้างคอลลาเจนโดยเทียบกับวิตามินซี, ได้นํามาพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ใน รูปซีรัมและแผนผ่ ้ามาส์กหน้าลดร ิ้ วรอย, ทําการควบคุมคุณภาพสารสําคัญในผลิตภัณฑ์โดย High Performance Liquid Chromatography และทดสอบความคงตัวของผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยวิธี HeatingCooling รวม 6 รอบ พบว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์มีความคงตัวทางเคมีและกายภาพและผลการประเมินความ ปลอดภัย พบว่าปลอดภัยต่อผู้ใช้.
