Sakaerat is a unique forest of both dry evergreen and dry dipterocarps at the same time. This research project activities are to collect the potential herbs about 200 the species and the identified herbs shall be extracted. The extractions shall be phytochemical tested to unfold their alkaloid, glycoside, anthraguinone phenolic compounds, and then disc diffusion method shall be applied to assess its antimicrobial activities with 7 representative groups of microorganism.
