The project results are as follows :สาระสังเขป: Project Result 1 : The project working unit was set up within TISTR to provide SMEs in food industry with research development and production technology transfer. The capability of project personnel has been continuously strengthened and enhanced through training in the areas of both production technology and information and communication technology, including a study tour in the Federal Republic of Germany. In order to fulfill the Project Result 1, the 3-year business plan and the yearly project plan of operation were established.สาระสังเขป: Project Result 2 : 1. Databases of food industry in 4 selected sub-sectors, namely frozen food, convenience food, fruit juice, and dairy products, have been developed and offered through the project website "www.tistr-foodprocess.com". In order to make the project website known to a wider range of the public, the link exchanges with the state agencies, food associations, service providers, food companies, and food equipment manufactures, totaling 51, have been processed. 2. The innovations of food processing machines, which were a Thong Muan roller, a tamarind extractor, a vegetable cleaner, a fresh seasoning cleaner, and a purified salt dryer, have been designed, constructed and transferred to the requesting companies.สาระสังเขป: Project Result 3 : Networking with 10 service providers in the areas of production technology, quality assurance, management, environmental management, marketing, and finance has been formed according to the plan. To strengthen the network, many activities were organized to build mutual relationships among the network.-Authors.สาระสังเขป: ผลผลิตข้อที่ 1 ได้จัดตั้งหน่วยงานภายใน วว. เพื่อทำหน้าที่หลักในการให้บริการวิจัยพัฒนาและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการผลิตแก่อุตสาหกรรมอาหารขนาดกลางและย่อม, โดยการพัฒนาบุคลากรในโครงการให้มีความสามารถด้วยการฝึกอบรมในหลักสูตรต่างๆ ทั้งเทคโนโลยีการผลิตและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอย่างต่อเนื่อง, รวมทั้งมีการศึกษาและดูงานที่ประเทศเยอรมนี ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้บรรลุตาม PPM จึงได้มีการจัดทำแผนธุรกิจโครงการและแผนปฏิบัติการโครงการอย่างละเอียดในแต่ละปีด้วย.สาระสังเขป: ผลผลิตข้อที่ 2 - ได้พัฒนาการให้บริการข้อมูลข่าวสาร โดยจัดทำฐานข้อมูลของอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร 4 กลุ่ม คือ อาหารแช่เยือกแข็ง, อาหารพร้อมบริโภค, น้ำผลไม้, และผลิตภัณฑ์นม ขึ้นเว็บไซต์ของโครงการ "www.tistr-foodprocess.com" รวมทั้งมีการแลกเปลี่ยนและเชื่อมโยงเว็บไซต์ของโครงการกับเว็บไซต์ที่มีชื่อเสียงอื่นๆ รวม 51 ราย. - ได้ออกแบบสร้างนวัตกรรมเครื่องจักรผลิตอาหารและถ่ายทอดแก่อุตสาหกรรม ได้แก่ เครื่องม้วนทองม้วน, เครื่องแยกกากสำหรับผลิตน้ำมะขาม, เครื่องล้างผักอเนกประสงค์, เครื่องล้างพริกสดหัวหอม, กระเทียม, และการอบเกลือ.สาระสังเขป: ผลผลิตข้อที่ 3 ได้สร้างเครือข่ายกับผู้ให้บริการที่ปรึกษาใน 6 กลุ่มได้แก่ เทคโนโลยีการผลิต, การประกันคุณภาพ, การตลาด, การบริหารจัดการ, การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม, และการเงินตามเป้าหมาย รวม 10 ราย. นอกจากนี้ยังได้มีการทำกิจกรรมร่วมกันอีกด้วย. -ผู้แต่ง.Review: ในการดำเนินงานกิจกรรมของโครงการในปี 2545 และ 2546 ได้ดำเนินการตามแผนงานหลักของโครงการที่กำหนด (Project Planning Matrix : PPM) ดังนี้ :
