Sulfite Lignin Process:- This process is used to extract blackliquor from Alkaline-Sulfite Process of Bang Pa-in Paper Mill. Result from this process gives 10 per cent sulfite lignin by weight of the black liquor. Physical properties of sulfite lignin are analysed and the results are equivalent to the standard.สาระสังเขป: 2. กรรมวิธีสกัดโซดาลิกนิน (Soda Lignin Process) เป็นกรรมวิธีที่สกัดน้ำดำที่ได้จากการต้มเยื่อกระดาษด้วยระบบกระบวนการโซดาของโรงงานกระดาษสยามดราฟ์. จากกรรมวิธีนี้จะได้ปริมาณโซดาลิกนินร้อยละ 19 - 20.8 ของปริมาณน้ำดำโดยน้ำหนัก. ได้วิเคราะห์คุณสมบัติทางกายภาพของโซดาลิกนิน ซึ่งได้ผลตรงตามที่ได้กำหนดไว้ในมาตรฐานทุกประการ.สาระสังเขป: 2. Soda Lignin Process:- This process is used to extract black liquor from Soda Process of Siam Kraft Paper Mill. Result from this process gives 19.0 - 20.8 per cent of soda lignin by weight of the black liquor. Physical properties of soda lignin are analysed and the results are equivalent to the Standard.สาระสังเขป: Furthermore, the utilization of lignin for commercial scale, the vanillin extraction process from lignin and the utilization of vanillin for industrial usages are also studied in the report Authors.สาระสังเขป: Lignin is extracted from black liquor which is the waste solution from chemical pulping process of paper industries in Thailand.
