Sprague Dawley rats, 8 weeks of age, 10 rats in each group and 5 rats in each sex, were used. Rats in the experimental group were gavaged with suspension of the test sample at the dose of 2,000 mg/kg body weight, and control rats were dosed with sample base suspension at the same dose as the experimental group. All rats were observed at 1/2, 1 and 3 hours after dosing and once daily for 14 days.สาระสังเขป: Growth rate of all treated rats appeared in the same range as control rats. No toxic signs and no mortalities occurred during 14 days of observation period. None of them showed gross pathological changes at necropsy.
