Consequently, 2 satisfactory formulae were chosen for the purpose, i.e. Formula 3 in Tables 4 and 5.สาระสังเขป: The Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) has been requested by the Thai President Food Co. Ltd. to solve the problem on the noodles' quality. The quality of the company's noodles which were tasted within 10 minutes after the traditional boiling for 3 minutes was found to be less favourable in so far as the strength of the noodles is concerned. In this investigation the boiled noodles were left for a longer peried of at least 10 minutes and yet retaining the quality.สาระสังเขป: บริษัทไทยเพรซซิเดนท์ฟูด จำกัด ได้ให้ทาง วท. แก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพเส้นบะหมี่ โดยให้เส้นบะหมี่อยู่ตัวในน้ำนาน 10 นาที เมื่อผ่านการต้มในน้ำเดือดแล้ว 3 นาที. จากการทดลองทำบะหมี่ที่โรงงานโดยพนักงานจากทาง วท. คุณภาพบะหมี่ที่ได้ประเมินผลโดยพนักงานที่บริษัท และ วท. ชิม พร้อมทั้งแสดงข้อคิดเห็น และข้อเสนอแนะ. ในที่สุดได้สูตรบะหมี่ที่อยู่ตัวในน้ำนานเป็นที่พอใจของบริษัท, โดยสรุปจากผลการชิมของบริษัทได้ 2 สูตร คือ สูตร 3 ในตารางที่ 4 และตารางที่ 5.
