The chemical constituents of leaf extracts which was extracted by hydro distillation and phytonic instruments are composed of caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide, trans-alpha-bergamotene, bisabolol, B-farnesene phytol, CBD and THC. Whereas in inflorescence are composed of THC, CBD, CBG, CBN, including terpene compounds such as caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide and alpha-bisabollol but this difference in portion of active compounds.สาระสังเขป: การเปรียบเทียบกระบวนการสกัดดอกกัญชาอบแห้งด้วยเครื่อง SFE กับการใช้วิธีเอทานอล และ phytonic พบว่า สารสกัดที่ได้ทั้งสามวิธีให้ปริมาณสารในกลุ่ม cannabinoids สูง ในขณะที่การสกัดด้วยวิธีการต้มกลั่น จะให้ปริมาณต่ำ แต่ยังคงมีค่าสูงเกินข้อกำหนดของ อย. และในส่วนของใบและยอดของกัญชาสายพันธุ์ต่าง เมื่อทำการสกัดสด พบสาร THC ที่มีค่ามากกว่า 0.1% จากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบทางเคมีของน้ำมันหอมระเหย และสารสกัดที่สกัดด้วย phytonic extractor, SFE และ ethanol จากส่วนของใบกัญชา ประกอบด้วย caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide, trans-beta-bergamotene, bisabolol, alpha-farnesene phytol, CBD และ THC ในส่วนของสารสกัดช่อดอกแห้งของกัญชาด้วย phytonic extractor และ ethanol พบ THC, CBD, CBG, CBN และยังพบสารในกลุ่ม terpene คือ caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide และ alpha-bisabollol
