The results of the survey on the amount of residue from the aluminum surface milling process by Anodizing method from aluminum factory and the preliminary feasibility study of the investment in the laboratory which can produce 1,800 pieces of alumina filter material per year, a price of alumina filter 1,500 baht per piece. Analyzing the value of investment at a ratio of 6 percent, it was found that the NPV value was 5,647,443 baht, the IRR was 10.49%, the payback period was 2.12 years. This project is therefore suitable to invest as the net present value (NPV) is greater than zero and the return on investment (IRR) is greater than the interest rate. The sensitivity analysis considered the variables to be analyzed for the changes as follows: 1. In case the selling price changes, increases, and decreases by 10% 2. In case the cost of material changes increases and decreases by 10% 3. In the case of changes in wages, increases, and decreases by 10% The study found that selling price was the factor that had the greatest impact on NPV and IRR. Therefore, the factor that investors should consider is the selling price, which if investors can set a higher price, it will make Investors have better returns.สาระสังเขป: การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เบื้องต้นด้านการลงทุนและการตลาดของวัสดุกรองอะลูมินาสำหรับอุตสาหกรรม ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการศึกษาหาความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับอะลูมินา ภาวะอุตสาหกรรมอะลูมิเนียม การนำเข้า-การส่งออก การวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรคของผู้ประกอบการเครื่องกรอง ไส้กรอง ผลการสำรวจปริมาณกากเหลือทิ้งจากกระบวนการกัดผิวอะลูมิเนียม โดยวิธี Anodizing จากโรงงานอะลูมิเนียม ส่วนการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้เบื้องต้นในการลงทุนในห้องปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งสามารถผลิตวัสดุกรองอะลูมินาได้ 1,800 ชิ้น/ปี โดยขายได้ราคาชิ้นละ 1,500 บาท เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความคุ้มค่าของการลงทุนที่อัตราส่วนร้อยละ 6 พบว่าค่า NPV มีค่าเท่ากับ 5,647,443 บาท IRR ร้อยละ 10.49 มีระยะคืนทุน 2.12 ปี โครงการนี้จึงเหมาะสมที่จะลงทุนเนื่องจากมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (NPV) มีค่ามากกว่าศูนย์ และผลตอบแทนจากการลงทุน (IRR) มีค่ามากกว่าอัตราดอกเบี้ย การวิเคราะห์ความไวได้พิจารณาตัวแปรที่จะนำมาวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลง ดังนี้คือ 1. กรณีราคาขายเปลี่ยนแปลงเพิ่มขึ้นและลดลง ร้อยละ 10 2. กรณีต้นทุนวัสดุเปลี่ยนแปลงเพิ่มขึ้นและลดลง ร้อยละ 1 3. กรณีค่าจ้างแรงงานเปลี่ยนแปลงเพิ่มขึ้นและลดลง ร้อยละ 10 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ราคาขายเป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อ NPV และ IRR มากที่สุด ดังนั้นปัจจัยที่ผู้ลงทุนควรคำนึงถึงคือ ราคาขาย ซึ่งหากผู้ลงทุนสามารถตั้งราคาได้สูงเพิ่มมากขึ้นก็จะทำให้ผู้ลงทุนมีผลตอบแทนที่ดีขึ้น.
