ในภาพรวม โครงการได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการและผู้เกี่ยวข้องจำนวน 340 ราย การพัฒนาและออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ 30 ราย บริการประเมินและยืดอายุการเก็บผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารของผู้ประกอบการ 7 ราย อีกทั้งให้บริการทดสอบวัสดุและบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหาร 496 รายการทดสอบ รวมทั้งจัดหาครุภัณฑ์สำหรับสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน 3 ชุด สำหรับบริการทดสอบวัสดุและบรรจุภัณฑ์อาหารเพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการบริโภค.สาระสังเขป: This report presented the results of the project on enhancing the potential of packaging services to strengthen small and medium enterprises, which consists of transferring and training on packaging to manufacturers and distributors of products by cooperating with experts, academics, researchers and marketers in packaging fields. These experts helped support and train in various aspects during the development of packaging designs of SMEs and community product manufacturers who participated in the project. This project aims to lift up the standard of packaging through design, create knowledge and understanding about choosing the right packaging material to help extend the shelf life of the product and increase the safety of consumers.
Overall, the project has transferred knowledge on packaging development to 340 entrepreneurs and related parties, and has helped develop and design packaging for 30 entrepreneurs, as well as providing services on product evaluation and shelf life extension to 7 entrepreneurs. The project also conducted 496 packaging materials and packaging tests. It also provides 3 sets of operational support equipment for food packaging materials and packaging testing services to increase consumer safety.
