The result shows the immobilized bacteria consortium on volcanic rock, silica and dolomite were survival and increase growth to 8-9 log cfu/g within 28 days incubation. Moreover, the growth of immobilized bacteria on each 50 grams of these 3 media carriers increased from 7 to 8 log cfu/g after added 10 mL of the mixture C, G and P at 1-5 mg/L within 56 days incubation. For the best properties of volcanic rock, it was selected as media carrier for immobilized the bacteria consortium to evaluate the efficiency in powder form compared with granule. The results show the pesticides biodegradation rate in soil of powder bacterial formulation is higher than granular. No effects of the intermediate compounds of biodegradation process on seedling germination and growth by preliminary evaluated. Furthermore, the preservation of powder bacterial formulation in sealed container has survive and maintain the amount of bacteria consortium at least 5 months at 4-37 ºC
