The participants came from every region of the country which could be classified into 3 groups such as, 1) career and earning acquiring group, 2) administrative organization of tambon (district) group, and 3) civil service organization group. As a result, the transfer of TISTR soil-cement interlocking block technology induced 396 newly-formed entrepreneurs of block production and construction service in community enterprises and small scale industries. Evaluation on participants' feedback from the workshop was performed and summarized and the results indicated that the participants' satisfaction reached 87.33% for these training courses.สาระสังเขป: ในปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2548-2551 สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย (วว.) โดยฝ่ายถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีสู่ชนบท (ฝถท.) ได้ดำเนินการอบรมและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีบล็อกประสานรวมทั้งหมด 56 ครั้ง, มีผู้เข้ารับการถ่ายทอดจำนวนรวม 2,574 คน โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มต่างๆ ดังนี้ 1) กลุ่มผู้สนใจที่จะนำไปประกอบอาชีพและหารายได้ 2) องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และ 3) กลุ่มหน่วยงานของรัฐ, ผู้เข้าอบรมดังกล่าวมาจากทุกภาคของประเทศ. จากผลการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีบล็อกประสาน ผู้เข้าอบรมจำนวน 396 คน ได้เป็นผู้ประกอบการโดยผลิตบล็อกประสานและการก่อสร้างในธุรกิจชุมชนและในระดับอุตสาหกรรมขนาดเล็ก. การอบรมทุกครั้งได้ประเมินผลและประมวลความคิดเห็นต่างๆ จากผู้เข้ารับการถ่ายทอด ซึ่งปรากฏว่ามีความพึงพอใจถึงร้อยละ 87.33.
