The prototype machine consisted of a 220ACV power motor, a centrifugal set for seed and juice separation, and three shapes of impeller: flat shape, cylinder shape, and a combination of flat and cylinder shapes. All materials that contacted fruits were made from food-grade stainless steel. The results revealed 10 kilograms of boiled Antidesma velutinosum Blume with the speed at 192 rounds per minute using the combined flat and cylinder shape of the impeller for 10 minutes showed the obtained ratio between juice and seed at 5.5:4.5 For 10 kilograms of boiled Schleichera oleosa with the speed at 145 rounds per minute using the combined flat and cylinder shape of the impeller for 3 minutes showed the obtained ratio between juice and seed at 6:4.
