The concept of design and development was utilized in order to protect the product safety and save cost which easy to fill, easy to open and finally easy to take out. The newly development of 5 retail packs which packed 30 g of anesthetic were made of aluminum tubes containing in cardboard boxes with 1 delivering device containing in flute-E corrugated and thermoform plastic multi-packs with a dimension 340 x 290 x 80 mm. The cushioning material design made from (1) mold-pulp containing in corrugated box and (2) thermoform plastic containing in plastic boxes which enhanced to the efficient containing.
