The process included the addition of additives to reduce cost. The physical and chemical properties of products were recorded and sensory evaluation was also analysed.สาระสังเขป: The dishwashing paste had a raw materials cost of 14.72 baht / 500 g product. It possessed high efficiency in dirt removal, high solubility, and large quantity of foam. The results of sensory evaluation showed that the produced dishwashing paste was acceptable in the same level as commercial one.
