Albizzin myriophyll, Albizia myriophylla and Micromelum mimutum were cultivated at Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research, Khlong Ha, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani. The results showed that three kinds of herbs had response to the growth in height, canopy width, leaves number, dry weight and quantity of three kind sweeteners, such as mannitol, sorbitol and xylitol increased was found. The treatment by using 40 ml/10 l of liquid organic fertilizer from fish with 500 ml/l of paclobutrazol spraying could increase growth responding of three kind of herb and quantity of sweetener more than all treatments in this experiment. -AuthorsSummary: การวิจัยและศึกษาธัญพืชและสมุนไพรที่เหมาะสมต่อการผลิตสารให้ความหวานเพื่อสุขภาพ (ชะเอมไทย, อ้อยสามสวน และหัสคุณใหญ่หรือชะเอมพื้นเมือง) ณ แปลงทดลอง สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย ตำบลคลองห้า อำเภอคลองหลวง จังหวัดปทุมธานี จากผลการศึกษาพบว่าสมุนไพรทั้งสามชนิดมีการตอบสนองต่อการเจริญเติบโตด้านความสูง, ความกว้างของทรงพุ่ม, จำนวนใบ, น้ำหนักแห้งและปริมาณสารหวานสามชนิด ได้แก่ แมนนิทอล, ซอร์บิทอล และไซลิทอล ที่เพิ่มขึ้นโดยพบว่าการใช้ปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ชนิดน้ำจากปลาอัตรา 40 มิลลิลิตร/น้ำ 10 ลิตร พร้อมฉีดพ่นสาร Paclobutrazol 500 มิลลิลิตร/ลิตร ส่งผลทำให้สมุนไพรทั้งสามชนิดมีการตอบสนองต่อการเจริญเติบโตและส่งผลต่อปริมาณสารหวานที่เพิ่มขึ้นมากกว่าทุกๆ กรรมวิธีในการทดลอง. -ผู้แต่ง
