One at a time each cup on the stand will be moved to the filling position that has a ready volume of lime juice. After filling the right amount of juice, the cup will be moved to the sealing positon to close the cup. The heater will seal the thin plastic and the cup. Finally, the cup will be moved to the ejecting position for packaging and delivery.สาระสังเขป: For vacuum forming, a roll of plastic sheet withstanding lime juice acid will be fed under the heater. After the plastic sheet is warm enough for forming, the high pressure of vacuum will transform the plastic sheet into the small cups according to the mold. The cooling fan will cool down the cups to soft shape. Each cycle can simultaneously produce 60 cups and each cup can contain 9 milliliters of liquid.สาระสังเขป: The project "Design and Production of Lime Juice Cups" is conducted to design and assemble a production line for packaging lime juice for small and medium enterprises.
