Sing. and P. cystidiosus Miller was done in nonsterile substates of two formulae. Results indicated that P. cystidiosus could not grow in both formulae of nonsterile substrates and P. sajor-caju, grew very well and produced as high yield as 22.65 per cent of moisten substrates.
