The system was implemented in the production area which included three kinds of fresh produces namely longan, baby corn and sweet banana. The system was emphasized on the process of approved supplier programme.สาระสังเขป: Preliminary results obtained by using fresh longan as a model proved to be well accepted by number of exporters. The newly developed barcode traceability system showed some advantages in shortening the whole processing time by eliminating unnecessary steps during purchasing and grading, and in providing the accurate and reliable data records. Moreover, the system also provided the traceability of the produces from supermarket's shelf to the original source. - Authors.สาระสังเขป: สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย (วว.) ได้พัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพ Agriculture assurance system AA 2002 (TISTR QFS 2002) สำหรับผลิตผลพืชสวน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับผู้บริโภค และเป็นการยกระดับคุณภาพมาตรฐานของผลิตผลไทยให้สามารถแข่งขันในตลาดโลกได้ โดยได้ดำเนินการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ประกอบการส่งออกผลิตผลพืชสวน 3 ชนิด ได้แก่ ลำไย, ข้าวโพดฝักอ่อน และกล้วยไข่ นำเอาระบบประกันคุณภาพที่ วว. พัฒนาขึ้นไปปรับใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อการส่งออก โดยใช้ขั้นตอนการรับรองผู้จัดหาสินค้า.สาระสังเขป: สำหรับระบบการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับสินค้าที่ได้ทำการพัฒนาขึ้นมาใหม่ จากผลการดำเนินงานเบื้องต้นโดยใช้ลำไยเป็นพืชต้นแบบ พบว่าผู้ประกอบการส่งออกให้ การตอบรับเป็นอย่างดี เนื่องจากระบบดังกล่าวช่วยให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างสะดวกรวดเร็ว, ลดขึ้นตอนการทำงานให้น้อยลง, สามารถเก็บข้อมูลได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วนแม่นยำและสามารถตรวจสอบแหล่งที่มาของผลิตผลได้ ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอนการปลูก, การเก็บเกี่ยว, กระบวนการผลิต ตลอดจนถึงขั้นตอนการจัดจำหน่ายได้. - ผู้แต่ง.
