The storage of its tube under the airtight condition atmosphere in a dark room at 20-25 degree celsius can be kept for 12-18 months. However, if the tubes were kept in vacuum atmosphere, the storage period will last for 6-12 months. Nevertheless, the shortest period of the storage is 3-6 months if the tubes were kept in lighted open air atmosphere without any containers. As for the genetic study, it was found that the genenotype in the same species has shown no significant difference but the characteristic phenotype has significantly related to the environment. - Authors.สาระสังเขป: The results of the study on the storage of endangered medicinal plants for data base set up of Lamtakhlong Research Station in Amphoe Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima province has shown the wildly spread of endangered medicinal plants in many places but not in the study sites which are the Botanical Garden Organization in Amphoe Mae Rim, Chiang Mai province, Princess Sirindhorn Herb Garden in Rayong province, Ramkhamhaeng National Park in Sukhothai province, Kaohinsorn Herb Garden in Chachoengsao province, Herb Museum in Kanchanaburi province and local markets.
