This research work was transferred by on-site training to agricultural housewife groups and local officers in the South and Northeast of Thailand. For the 3 training courses, two were conducted in Prachuap Khiri Khan province and one in Nakhon Ratchasima province. There was also another training course on the processing of bamboo shoot in Petchabun province. Of all the training courses, the participants were 253 housewives and 29 local officers, totalling 282 persons from 42 villaqes, 13 tambons, 8 amphoes and 3 provinces. - Authors.สาระสังเขป: สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย (วว.) โดยฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีอาหาร ได้ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีผลงานวิจัยที่ วว. ได้พัฒนาขึ้น โดยจัดฝึกอบรมให้กลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรและเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่ ดังนี้ คือ การผลิตน้ำส้มสายชูหมักจากน้ำมะพร้าว และวุ้นน้ำมะพร้าว ให้กับกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรรวม 3 ครั้ง ของ 2 จังหวัดในภาคใต้ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือได้แก่ จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 2 ครั้ง, จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 1 ครั้ง และจัดการฝึกอบรมการแปรรูปหน่อไม้ให้กลุ่มเกษตรกรและเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่ 1 ครั้ง ในภาคเหนือ ได้แก่ จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ มีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่เป็นเกษตรกรรวม 253 คน พร้อมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่อีก 29 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 282 คน จาก 44 หมู่บ้าน, 13 ตำบล, 8 อำเภอ, 3 จังหวัด. - ผู้แต่ง.
