The separation was performed using capillary column of same length coated with BPX70, CBP-1 and CBP-20. Results indicated that CBP-20 capillary column gave the best resolution in determining conjugated fatty acids.สาระสังเขป: Maphok oil contained 48 percent of total C18:3 conjugated fatty acids which included 38.8 percent alpha-eleostearic acid; where as, tung oil contained those substances in the amount of 64.8 percent and 52.1 percent, respectively. Authorsสาระสังเขป: Maphok oil, obtained from the kernel of the plant Parinarium anamense Hance, was studied. Its characteristics were similar to those of Chinese tung oil when determined by IR, UV, GC and GC-MS.สาระสังเขป: การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบกรดไขมันของน้ำมันมะพอก ได้กระทำด้วยวิธีก๊าซโครมาโตกราฟี (GC) โดยใช้ capillary column ที่มีความยาวเดียวกัน 3 ชนิด คือ BPx70, CBP-1 และ CBP-20. ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คอลัมภ์ชนิด CBP-20 ให้ผลในการแยกกรดชนิด conjugated ได้ดีที่สุด.สาระสังเขป: น้ำมันมะพอกที่นำมาศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้จากเมล็ดในของผลมะพอกของประเทศไทย, พบว่าคุณสมบัติของน้ำมันคล้ายคลึง กับน้ำมันทังจากประเทศจีน เมื่อตรวจสอบด้วย IR, UV, GC และ CG-MS.สาระสังเขป: น้ำมันมะพอกมีกรดไขมันประกอบด้วย คาร์บอน 18:3 ชนิด conjugated อยู่รวมทั้งสิ้นในปริมาณร้อยละ 48, ในปริมาณดังกล่าวประกอบด้วยกรด alpha-eleostearic อยู่ร้อยละ 38.8 สำหรับน้ำมันทังนั้น มีสารดังกล่าวอยู่ในปริมาณร้อยละ 64.8 และ 52.1 ตามลำดับ. -ผู้แต่ง.
