TISTR conducted eight training courses on the production of dehydrated guava in five provinces in the east and the central of Thailand. The training cources were conducted in twice in Chantaburi province, twice in Chon Buri province, once in Chachoengsao province, once in Chai Nat province and twice in Sing Buri province; and once for the production and utilization of durian flour and the production of dehydrated papaya and its by-products in Chumphon province. 515 agricultural hourewives were participated, including 26 local officers. The total participants of the training are 541 parsons from 85 villages and 3 municipal districts, 40 Tambon, 17 Amphoes and 8 provinces. - Authors.สาระสังเขป: สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย (วว.) โดยฝ่ายเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร ได้ถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีผลงานวิจัยที่ วว. ได้พัฒนาขึ้น โดยจัดฝึกอบรมให้กลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรและเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่ ดังนี้ คือ การผลิตฝรั่งแช่อิ่มอบแห้งให้กับกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรรวม 8 ครั้ง ในภาคตะวันออก ได้แก่ จังหวัดจันทบุรี 2 ครั้ง และจังหวัดชลบุรี 2 ครั้ง ในภาคกลางได้แก่ จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา 1 ครั้ง, จังหวัดชัยนาท 1 ครั้ง และจังหวัดสิงห์บุรี 2 ครั้ง, การผลิตและใช้ประโยชน์ทุเรียนดิบบดแห้งและมะละกอแช่อิ่มอบแห้ง จังหวัดชุมพร 1 ครั้ง, มีผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่เป็นเกษตรกรรวม 515 คน พร้อมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่อีก 26 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 541 คน จาก 85 หมู่บ้าน และ 3 เขตเทศบาล, 40 ตำบล, 17 อำเภอ, 8 จังหวัด. - ผู้แต่ง.
