The results indicated that jasmine absolute from enfleurage gave 0.09 per cent yield; jasmine concrete from solvent extraction gave 0.3-0.4 per cent yield; and jasmine attar from water distillation gave 0.025 per cent yield. The estimated price for jasmine concrete is in the range of 8,000-16,000 baht per kilogramme, a rough estimate has indicated that about 25 per cent profit would be obtained for the lower range price.
