Authorsสาระสังเขป: The continuous salted coating machine for snack food was developed to improve the snack food processing in a commercial scale. The machine is designed separately into four main parts, namely, a drying part, an oil coating part, a powder coating part and a cooling part. The temperature in the drying part can be adjusted up to 150 degree celsius so as to reduce the moisture content of the snack food.
