Organizing the training workshop on cleaner production.สาระสังเขป: During an assessment, both CP teams of the project and the company had worked together in identifying CP opportunities and measures and selecting CP options to be implemented. The economic analysis on the implemented options at NIEM core mills showed a total annual saving of about 18 million baht. Investment on the installation of 3-stage brown stock washers instead of only one stage washer alone indicated a pay back period within 3 years. Moreover, under the project, a total of 215 participants were trained in 4 national training workshops with 1 regional workshop on training of 20 trainers of NIEM member countries.
