A total of 8 workshops with 699 attendants were organized in several provinces of Chiangai and Lumpang in the north, Kalasin and Nakhon Ratchasima in the northeast, Bangkok and Sakaeo in the central region, Phatthalung in the south, and Chanthaburi in the east. In each workshop, lateritic soils in the vicinity, if available, were investigated and tested for their suitabilities. Evaluation on feedback of questionaires distributed to participants was carried out and summarized so that better and more efficient technology transfer would be performed. As the result, the transfer of TISTR soil-cement interlocking block technology has induced several newly-formed enterpreneur of business groups and self-reliance communities in block production and construction services. These are, for examples, community people of Hong-tao Buddha-sathan in Chiang Rai province, a youth group at the Agriculture and Cooperative unit of the Region Development Unit, Armed Forces Development Command in Sakaeo province.-Authors.Review: ฝ่ายถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีสู่ชนบท วว. ได้ทำการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีบล็อกประสานให้กับ ผู้ว่างงานและผู้จบการศึกษาที่ไม่มีงานทำ ตลอดจนผู้สนใจทั่วไปให้เกิดอาชีพและรายได้ เพื่อให้เกิดกลุ่มผลิตบล็อกประสาน วว. และการก่อสร้างในธุรกิจชุมชนและธุรกิจขนาดย่อม จากการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี รวม 8 ครั้ง มีผู้เข้ารับการถ่ายทอด จำนวนรวม 699 คน ในภาคเหนือที่จังหวัดเชียงราย, จังหวัดลำปาง, ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่ จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ และจังหวัดนครราชสีมา, ภาคกลางที่กรุงเทพมหานคร และจังหวัดสระแก้ว, ภาคใต้ที่ จังหวัดพัทลุง, และภาคตะวันออกที่จังหวัดจันทบุรี. การถ่ายทอดฯ ในแต่ละแห่งได้มีการทดสอบความเหมาะสมของดินลูกรังในแต่ละพื้นที่และประเมินผลการถ่ายทอดของผู้เข้ารับการถ่ายทอดทุกครั้ง รวมทั้งประมวลความคิดเห็นต่างๆ จากผู้รับการถ่ายทอดเพื่อให้การถ่ายทอดเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น, ผลการดำเนินงานในการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีบล็อกประสาน วว. สามารถก่อให้เกิดกลุ่มอาชีพใหม่ และผู้ผลิตบล็อกประสาน วว. ในลักษณะธุรกิจชุมชนขึ้นหลายแห่ง ตัวอย่างเช่น กลุ่มราษฎรพุทธสถานหงเต้าจังหวัดเชียงราย, กลุ่มเยาวชน หน่วยส่งเสริมการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ สำนักงานพัฒนาภาค 1, หน่วยบัญชาการทหารพัฒนา จังหวัดสระแก้ว. -ผู้แต่ง.
