In 2001, TISTR provided training on the production of durian powder and its utilization to a total of 439 participants. Only 427 participants were granted completion certificates, 131 in Rayong and Trat provinces and 296 in Southern provinces, e.g. Songkhla, Yala, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang and Chumphon. TISTR distributed 936 sets of training documents and each set consisted of Production and Utilization of Unripened Durian Powder hand book, durian crean cream pie / durian cream bun formula and durian cookies formula. In addition, 129 VDO tapes on the Production and Utilization of Unripened Durian Power were also provided in order to extend the training. TISTR also followed up the durian powder production in Thung Bencha AHG's in Chanthaburi province and Ban Don Mao AGH's in Chumphon province. It was found that both groups still produced durian powder for sale.- Authors.สาระสังเขป: วท. ได้ติดตามผลการผลิตทุเรียนดิบบดแห้งเพื่อจำหน่ายโดย กบก. 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรเจริญผลพัฒนา บ้านดอนเมา จ. ชุมพร และกลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตรกรทุ่งเบญจา จ. จันทรบุรี, พบว่าทั้งสองกลุ่มยังคงผลิตทุเรียนดิบบดแห้งหรือแป้งทุเรียนเพื่อจำหน่าย.สาระสังเขป: สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย (วท.) ได้นำเทคโนโลยีการผลิตทุเรียนดิบบดแห้ง ซึ่งทำจากทุเรียนดิบพันธ์หมอนทองทั้งชนิดแก่จัดและอ่อน, ถ่ายทอดให้กลุ่มแม่บ้านเกษตร (กบก.) ผู้ปลูกทุเรียนในภาคตะวันออก คือ จังหวัดจันทบุรี, ซึ่งมีตู้อบลมร้อนและเทคนิคการผ่า และหั่นเนื้อทุเรียนดิบ สำหรับทำทุเรียนทอดกรอบอยู่แล้ว, โดยทำการฝึกอบรมมาตั้งแต่ปี 2542-2543. ในปี 2544 วท. ได้ขยายพื้นที่การถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีการผลิตและใช้ประโยชน์ทุเรียนดิบบดแห้งหรือแป้งทุเรียนให้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่การปลูกทุเรียนทั่วประเทศให้มากที่สุดเท่าที่ วท. จะทำได้ โดยทำการฝึกอบรมการผลิตทุเรียนดิบบดแห้งให้กับสมาชิก กบก. และเจ้าหน้าที่เคหกิจเกษตรรวม 439 ราย. มีผู้ได้รับประกาศนียบัตรทั้งหมด 427 ราย แบ่งเป็น 131 ราย จากจังหวัดระยองและตราด, และ 296 ราย จากจังหวัดต่าง ๆ ในภาคใต้. นอกจากนี้ วท. ได้มอบหนังสือการผลิตและใช้ประโยชน์ทุเรียนดิบบดแห้งให้กับ กบก. และเจ้าหน้าที่ในพื้นที่เพื่อทำการเผยแพร่ต่อไป จำนวน 936 ชุด และวีดิทัศน์การผลิตและการใช้ประโยชน์ทุเรียนดิบบดแห้งจำนวน 129 ม้วน.
