Royal Pangda Station and Teen tok Royal Project Demonstration Center of the Royal Project in Chiang Mai was conducted. It was found that in all 3 stations, the experimented tomatoes cv. Mr.Shue and AVRDC tropical line No.CLN1466D produced higher yield than cv. Master No.2. For the fruit weights/fruit cv. Master No.2 and cv. AVRDC tropical line No.CLN1466D produced higher fruit weight than cv. Mr.Shue. However. cv. Master No.2 had lower resistance to wilt disease and ripening injury when compared to cv. AVRDC tropical line No. CLN1466D and Mr.Shue. These three tomato varieties have different characteristics and are not suitable for demonstration but appropriate for breeding program by selecting good characteristic in order to obtain new variety of table tomatoes. - Authors.สาระสังเขป: จากการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพและผลผลิตมะเขอเทศพันธุ์เนื่อ 3 พันธุ์ ใน 3 พื้นที่คือสถานีวิจัยดอยปุย, สถานีเกษตรหลวงปางดะและศูนย์พัฒนาโครงการหลวงตีนตกในมูลนิธิโครงการหลวงที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ผลการทดลองพบว่าใน 3 สถานที่ทดลอง มะเขือเทศพันธุ์ Mr. Shue และพันธุ์ AVRDC tropical line No. CLN1466D จะมีผลผลิตมากกว่าพันธุ์ มาสเตอร์ No. 2. ในส่วนของน้ำหนักต่อผลพบว่าพันธุ์มาสเตอร์ No.2 และพันธุ์ AVRDC tropical line No. CLN1466D มีน้ำหนักเฉลี่ยนต่อผลสูงกว่าพันธุ์ Mr. Shue แต่ในส่วนของการเกิดโรคเหี่ยวและการสุกช้ำของผลพบว่าพันธุ์มาสเตอร์ No.2 มีความอ่อนแอขณะที่พันธุ์ Mr. Shue และพันธุ์ AVRDC Tropical line No.CLN1466D จะมีความต้านทานต่อโรคเหี่ยวได้ดีกว่า. มะเขือเทศทั้งสามพันธุ์มีลักษณะต่าง ๆ ที่แตกต่างกันและมีทั้งข้อดีและข้อด้อยจึงไม่เหมาะสมที่จะนำมาส่งเสริมแต่จะเหมาะสำหรับทำการปรับปรุงพันธุ์และคัดเลือกลักษณะที่ดีเพื่อให้ได้มะเขือเทศรับประทานสดพันธุ์ใหม่. - ผู้แต่ง.
