It is recommended that the rice bran oil extraction industry, in collaboration with the rice milling industry, appraises the potential of an industrial application of the proposed method of rice bran stabilization. Authorsสาระสังเขป: A preliminary cost study of rice bran stabilization by steaming indicated that a commercial unit with a capacity of 4 tonnes of rice bran per day would require an initial investment of 20,000 baht. The processing costs costs involved in the stabilization are estimated at 30 baht per tonne of rice bran.
